Ever wished you had recorded a call with a difficult client, or kept a detailed record of a difficult negotiation? Well, now you can with Call Recorder for GoldMine®. Like all Papillon Technology computer telephony products Call Recorder is seamlessly integrated with GoldMine®, making it straightforward and easy to use. Recording your telephone calls is a breeze. If you want to record certain specific calls only, simply click the Record option from the icon in your system tray. Alternatively, you can choose to have every call recorded entirely automatically, record calls randomly, or just record on-demand.
Recordings are assigned a unique reference number and automatically linked to your customer's GoldMine® record through the links tab. Optional settings allow you to add descriptive references for recorded calls which appear on the links tab and even to schedule follow up actions as a result of the call. Call Recorder for GoldMine® will work with any digital or analog telephone handset and is a fraction of the cost of traditional call recording technology. In order to use Call Recorder for GoldMine® all you need is a telephone, a copy of GoldMine® and a laptop or desktop PC with a soundcard. That’s all you need. Install the Call Recorder software, plug in the link device, and you are good to go. You will be recording calls in a few minutes. You
can choose to use Call Recorder as a standalone solution (which offers manual
call recording) or as a fully integrated additional feature in Tapi Link for
GoldMine® (which
provides fully automatic recording). You
can also switch from 'recording' to 'playback mode’ - and transmit
pre-recorded messages with outbound
calls, for example to voicemail responses, or transmit pre-recorded
